Full body workout suitable for beginners to seasoned movers. You will have access to the class recording for 4 days.

Each class begins with a wellness consultation.

Activating the body, releasing tension and mobilising the spine and joints to improve posture and resolve discomfort in your body. A consistent practice will re-educate healthier and more efficient movement patterns to support you in your daily activities. We will be on a mat or chair and may use everyday objects easily found in your home (e.g. cushions, towels, canned beans or even a broomstick! ).

A gentle paced practice suitable for beginners and prenatal & postnatal recovery. You will have access to the class recording for 4 days.

Each class begins with a wellness consultation

This class focuses on awareness-based exercises and meditative movements as well as fundamental exercises to build strength, improve mobility and balance by exploring space, ground and orientation.

Please mention upon booking if you are pregnant or post-natal to make ensure appropriate care during the class .

Join an energising and mind-body centering pilates class at Masami's private studio which overlooks the luscious garden greenery and you will leave feeling restored and renourished. This class proposes suitable exercises and modification for all movers from beginner to advanced levels. Price per session can be reduced by purchasing a class pass.

Each class is designed to restore your energy and nourish your confidence. Classes will take place in a well equipped studio using the reformer and mat with small props as needed. A discovery class pass is available for first timers.

Outdoor

An energising yet restorative Pilates class in the park. Suitable for all levels of movers which are held regularly in Saint Germain en Laye.

These outdoor classes begin every spring until autumn enjoying the seasonal change and stimulating your senses. It gives you an opportunity to escape from the busy or indoor routine and to move your body under the sun. The benefits of exercise can be deeply enhanced in a green outdoor space. Calming the nervous system, restoring mental fatigue and improving sleep to just name a few. All you need to start is yourself, a mat and a water bottle. Price per session can be reduced by purchasing a class pass.
